Hotel Reservations

AVS is pleased to offer special rates at the following Tampa hotels.

Keep in mind that reserving a room in this convention block helps AVS meet its financial commitments to the host city and retain lower registration fees as well as a high-quality conference with the features and services you are accustomed to. Reservations open July 25, 2024, and close October 16, 2024.

Due to limited space, we recommend booking as early as possible to receive this special rate—please note that once the reserved room block is full, the room availability and rate are not guaranteed and may vary.

Maritz is the Official Housing Provider for AVS 70. The AVS has worked diligently with the hotels in Tampa to establish room blocks for attendees and exhibitors. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing provider other than Maritz is not approved by AVS. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates; however, they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of, and report any unauthorized solicitation to della@avs.org.

AVS 70 Housing is Now Closed

Hotel reservations can still be made here.*

*Please note these reservations will be made through a Maritz approved 3rd party travel agent, therefore, any questions regarding hotel policies, payment, or shuttle services should be directed to the travel agent or hotel directly (please click link above for contact information).

If you need to make a change or cancel an existing reservation, please reach out to the hotel directly beginning Wednesday, October 23, 2024.
